Cayo youth charged with rape of 10-year-old
A Cayo man is in prison tonight, charged with the rape of a ten-year-old girl. The child’s mother told police that on Saturday, seventeen year old Antonio Zetina of Santa Elena, a labourer hired to do yard work, entered the house and had intercourse with her daughter. A subsequent medical examination confirmed that the child had been violated. Zetina was denied bail at the request of police and remanded to Hattieville until December thirty-first when he will reappear in Magistrate’s Court.
