“I have to struggle with my kids them and I have six of them, I can’t afford for this stupid, how would you say, this stupid mistake that they claim to be making on my police record and destroy my entire life because I’ve been from call center to call center and can’t get a sensible job.  I’ve gotten so many job opportunities and because of this record it’s hard for me.  I explained that to the human resources department which is from Transparent B.P.O. but of course they can’t take my word for it because I don’t have proof to show them.  So they just fired me because I have a record they say and that will look bad on their establishment which I do understand what they’re saying.”
