Raphael Manzanero, Executive Director, F.C.D.
“The major issue that will be tackled here is environmental protection. Which has of course several ways on how to address it, sustainable livelihoods, reduction of poverty levels, enforcement, research, education all of those are what we refer to as interventions. To be able to recover or either be able to restore environment, the natural environment. Also cultural heritage which as you know was very important to this declaration. The importance of this basically is the consolidation. Consolidating bring in outer players to be more up to the work or collaboration across borders from civil society groups.”
