Beer wars spark creative ad campaign

It’s
that time of the week when Belizeans take to thumbing through the two
party newspapers. We’re sure that like us, more than a few viewers were
pleasantly surprised to see that in between the political propaganda and
crime news, there’s evidence of creativity…at least in the advertising.
It began last week with the San Cas Group plugging its Miller beer by
poking a little fun at both the local and foreign competitors. This week,
it appears the competition has come back with an ad of their own, dedicated
to both Miller AND San Cas boss Santino Castillo. We hope that both sides
continue the good-natured jabs because we can’t wait to see what happens
next week.
