P.A.D.F. donates to hurricane relief
The Pan American Development Foundation, a subsidiary of the OAS, today delivered a third container of hurricane relief supplies. The donation, made in conjunction with Chevron Texaco, consisted of roofing, nails, plywood and two generators as well as one hundred boxes each of corned beef, Spam and ham. The supplies were presented by Texaco general manager Heidy Valbuena to Ambassador James Murphy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The value of P.A.D.F.’s total contribution now stands at sixty thousand U.S. dollars.
