Newspapers upgrade computing power
Belize’s
four major newspapers: The Reporter, Belize Times, Amandala and The Guardian,
will now be able to store an increased amount of data for their weekly
publications. British High Commissioner Philip Priestly this morning handed
over four Hewlett Packard netservers along with port hubs. The equipment
is valued at fifty thousand dollars, forty-eight thousand dollars of which
came from the Westminster Foundation for Democracy.
