Two separate fatal road crashes happened on the Hummingbird and Southern Highways in the past few days. The fatal hit and run on the Hummingbird claimed the life of sixty-three-year-old Pablo Hernandez of Las Flores on Sunday night. The driver in that accident also fled the scene. Today, police say they have and charged the two drivers involved in these accidents.
