Albert Waller Charged for Unlawful Sex with 14-Year-Old

Also in court…a thirty-nine-year-old Belize City resident is spending his first night behind bars at the Central Prison after he was charged for having unlawful sex three times with a minor. Albert Elroy Waller, a painter from Rocky Road, was arraigned this morning before Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts-Anderson. No plea was taken and he is to return to court on May twenty-ninth, 2019. The minor in the presence of her mother and a social worker told police that Waller had unlawful sex with her in June and September of 2018 and then on February fourteenth 2019 in Mahogany Heights.
