Texaco gas station in Dangriga robbed
Police were not so lucky down south, however, as a Dangriga gas station was robbed early this morning. Marcos Romero, a thirty-eight year old Honduran, says he was working at the Valley Road Texaco Gas Station, when around 2:30 three dark skinned men, all armed with guns, attacked him. Romero told police that he was hit in the face and head with a gun and subsequently tied up. The three men then robbed the service station of an undisclosed amount of cash, cheques and Romero’s twelve-gauge shotgun.
