Man Charged for .1 Gram of Cocaine

Today, thirty-one-year-old Justin Stuart appeared in court before Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts-Anderson where he pleaded guilty to possession of point one gram of cocaine. Last Thursday, Stuart walked in front of a moving police truck on New Town Barracks. His action led the cops to stop and search him and that is when they found a plastic bag with white substance suspected to be cocaine.  Stuart asked the court for leniency because he had only just picked up the plastic bag from off the ground. He was ordered to pay hundred dollars fine plus five dollars cost of court by July thirtieth. If he defaults, he faces two months imprisonment.  Stuart appeared unrepresented in court.
