2 Men Injured in Belama Shooting
Within hours of the shooting on North Creek, gun violence erupted in Belama. Just after ten p.m., a group of men were socializing on Peter Ashton Street in Belama Phase Two when a gunman approached and fired shots at the men. William Lewis and Raheem Staine were injured and rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they have since been treated and released. According to Assistant Superintendent Alejandro Cowo, the gun violence is as a result of a feud in the Belama area.
