Mexicans to sponsor fair in Bz. City
Earlier this week we ran a story on the lack of spirit and activities for this year’s September celebrations. Tonight there is some good news to report for those Belize City residents who are looking for fun. The Embassy of Mexico, State of Quintana Roo, BELTRAIDE, the City Council and a Mexican beer company are joining forces to sponsor a Mexico-Belize Friendship Fair. The fair will run nightly at Memorial Park from September twelfth through sixteenth and will feature commercial displays, games, live entertainment and of course, plenty to eat and drink. Opening hours are 6:00 p.m. until midnight.
