“The first of which is the security of the administration and the operational duties of COLA. As you know COLA is an activist organization and sometimes there areabsolutely no funds and no budget to get the job done. You are placed in a vulnerable state and so categorically my leadership is also focused on the impartial and independent building of COLA’s economic revenue. The work that COLA has to do can never be compromised and it is my imperative duty to steer this ship in the boat of neutrality and impartiality.”
