Bicylist killed by truck in Orange Walk
Twenty-two year old Honduran Rene Montero, wasn’t as fortunate as the Alvarado family as he died of head and body injuries suffered when he collided with a truck while riding his bicycle. Police say around eight forty-five on Saturday morning, twenty-eight year old Edgar Ayala, was driving his truck through the intersection of Queen Victoria Avenue and St. Peter Street in Orange Walk Town, when Montero collided into the left side of the vehicle. Montero, who was riding in the opposite direction, suffered a ruptured liver and died on his way to the K.H.M.H.
