Chinese grocer hit by robbers
Imagine being held up with the same gun your hired security guard uses to protect your place of business. Chinese merchant, He Bin, told police that around 8:00 on Friday night, four dark complexioned men attacked the security guard outside Bin’s shop, “Ying Grocery” on Mahogany Street in Belize City and stole his firearm. They then used that gun along with a shotgun of their own to hold up Bin and his store clerk Christian Shang. Shang was forced to hand over an undisclosed amount of money to the robbers. Police are still looking for the four men.
