Biscayne Fisherman Guilty of Possession
A Biscayne fisherman and farmer, thirty-year-old James Seguro was slapped with a two thousand-dollar fine for the offense of possession of more than three hicatees. Allegations are that on Monday, in Biscayne Village, Belize District, Seguro was found in possession of four hicatees when by law no person shall have more than three sea turtles. Seguro was ordered to pay the fine by March twenty-third, 2020 or in default, will spend six months in prison.
