Man steals scratch tickets; can you identify him?
If you logged on to Facebook late this evening, it is likely that you may have come across the video of a man stealing Scratch and Win tickets. The ten seconds clip shows a man reaching through a small window of a shop as he quickly snatches several cards of the tickets and walks away. No one appears to be inside, but the thief was caught red handed on camera. It is not clear where it happened but it appears to be in Belize City. If you have any information that can help cops to identify the thief, you are asked to call the police.
