3 Minors Detained for Theft of Scratch Tickets

Police have swiftly detained three minors in connection with the theft of the popular Scratch tickets. One of them was captured on camera stealing the tickets from a Belize City Chinese shop.  The minor was recognized after images showed him reaching into the counter of the shop were the tickets were placed on Tuesday. The shop owner reported the matter to the police and soon enough police were able to detain the trio. Police found more than thirty-six tickets at the home of one the minors.
