Inspector Clifton Jones Served with NIP
According to A.C.P. Joseph Myvett, urine samples from both men will be collected and tested. Myvett says that Inspector Jones has been served with a notice of intended prosecution.

“What we know so far is that both vehicles were travelling in the same direction when the driver of the of police vehicle, Inspector Clifton Jones attempted to overtake the tricycle and in the process, the tricycle was hit from behind causing the rider to be thrown. So far Mr Jones’ statement was taken. He also gave a urine sample and one will also be taken from the driver of the tricycle. Mr. Jones was also served with a notice of intended prosecution pending the outcome of the investigation.”
