Businessman Charged with Forcible Abduction and Sexual Assault

Forty-five-year-old Bartolo Shish, a businessman of San Antonio, Cayo, has been charged with forcible abduction and sexual assault. Shish reportedly abducted a minor on Friday, August twenty-third as she was making her way by the Welcome Center in San Ignacio.  The terrified minor recounted to authorities that Shish took her to Belize City in his black S.U.V. where he attempted to fondle her. When Shish’s vehicle came to a stop in downtown Belize City, the minor jumped out and dashed into the Belize Bank where she got assistance. Shish fled the scene, later to be captured by police.
