A Ride Across the World for Peace
Dnyaneshwar Yewotkar has traveled across seventeen countries and has been joined by American national Christopher Vitale as they bike across the world to spread the message of peace. The ride is an effort to commemorate the hundred and fiftieth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday. They’ve been in Belize for the past five days and are hoping to remain in the country for the next few days as they travel to Belmopan, Hopkins, Placencia, Punta Gorda and on to Livingston, Guatemala. On Wednesday, they visited the Youth Apprenticeship Program.
