Belize Chinese Association Offering Cash Reward for Information

As we said the murders of Chinese nationals, including the most recent in Camalote, has triggered the offering of cash rewards by the Belize Chinese Association.  The B.C.A. is offering at least six thousand dollars for information and conviction for the September tenth murder of Xu Jing Zhang at Chen’s Store in Bella Vista, Stann Creek; the September eighteenth injury of Huang Rui Hong at Shun Feng Convenience Store on Fabers Road, Belize City and the September twenty-second murder of Ching-Sung Chen at E-Star Store in Camalote, Cayo. The reward is twofold: one thousand dollars for information leading to an arrest and five thousand dollars for conviction.  The association also makes a public plea to anyone with information to call Crimestoppers Belize at 0-800-922-Tips.
