“Right now our concern is to talk it over with different partners with partners with the different ministries and then we will iron it out. As I said it will be a developing story and we will let you know.”

“Was it a good meeting with the Prime Minister? Was he amenable in hearing your concerns?”
Ernesto Uh
“It was our first meeting and it was very good.”
Hipolito Novelo
“Sir do you think that the companies reacted to the formation of this company too late because it has passed; it is backed up by legislation and in existence now?”
Ernesto Uh
“Like I mentioned we will be having further meetings with the different ministries and we will inform you guys how it develops.”
Hipolito Novelo
“Is it a concern to the companies that the bids will be put out to tender and not necessarily the three companies will be getting it?”
Ernesto Uh
“We still don’t know that. That is something that we will iron out with the Government and other ministries as time progresses but we see a favorable response on the part of the government at the moment.”
