Cost of butane goes up by three dollars

The price of chicken went down on Wednesday and today the price of a hundred pound cylinder of butane gas has changed by three dollars… but it is not three dollars less, you will now pay three dollars more for butane gas. In Belize City and Corozal butane has gone up to ninety dollars. In Orange Walk, consumers will pay ninety-one dollars while the price in Belmopan and San Ignacio is a dollar more at ninety-two. In Benque Viejo, butane is now ninety-three dollars and in the south, Dangriga and Punta Gorda will pay the highest at ninety-four and ninety-five dollars respectively. The new prices take effect on Saturday.
