S.J.C. student 9th karaoke winner

The competition went down to the wire and when the judges finally spoke, the ninth weekly winner in Channel 5’s Karaoke TV was chosen. Here’s how it went.

“The winner for tonight who’ll get a two hundred dollars gift certificate from Courts Belize Limited, a hundred dollars cash from Channel 5 and their own bling-bling watch from Channel 5, is none other than Delice Pinkard.”

We apologise to viewers on Channel 2 and 13 in Belmopan and the Cayo District who were cheated out of watching Karaoke TV due to a blackout at our transmission site at Mile thirty-three on the Western Highway. It was caused by the fire reported earlier in this newscast. All is not lost, however, as you can watch a repeat of the show which airs on Sunday at 5:00 in the evening. Fans are reminded that next week’s KTV on the May first holiday will go on as scheduled. Once again, the public is invited to the Bellevue’s King Street Station.
