“My Father Belize is the story of Chance here, he is the lead character who is a U.S. born Belizean who is coming to Belize with his father’s ashes, to spread his father’s in his home country of Belize.  He’s not completely sure why he was entrusted with that responsibility because he had a strained relationship with his father for most of his life.  While he is in Belize he comes across the path of a young lady, Ora, played by Keisha Sierra who as a small child and he believes that that child may have been fathered by himself on a previous visit to the country.  So he’s dealing with the loss of his own father and then he may be a father himself.  So all-in-all we are exploring the theme of fatherhood in this film.”
