Pre-schoolers parade through city
Every child loves a parade. That was clear this morning as youngsters from all twenty-seven pre-schools in the city marched under the scorching Friday morning sun. The parade, which went through the main streets, ended Child Stimulation Month. This period includes twenty days of activities such as hug day, an arts and crafts festival and sports day, all celebrating the pre-school experience. Similar parades took place nationwide today except in Punta Gorda, where the festivities will be held tomorrow.
