Man Charged with Attempted Murder

Police have arrested and charged one man in connection with the kidnapping and shooting of Richard O’Neil which happened last week. Police says that the following the investigation and interviews conducted with several persons, they felt they had enough to charge Elden Flowers with attempted murder. “Reference the shooting of Richard O’ Neil on the 27th of November, 2019, police have since arrested and charged twenty-two-year-old Elden Flowers for the crime of attempted murder. O’Neal remains in the K.H.M.H. in a critical condition.”

“Do those two men have some sort of beef or gang related issue?”

“We are not certain at this time. At some point he was picked up and taken to an area on Boom Road where he was shot.”
