No Compassion for Mark Faber on Compassion Lane
There was another shooting incident, this time in Ladyville on Friday morning, in which Mark Faber was shot in the leg by someone who accosted him while walking along Compassion Lane. It is unclear whether Faber’s attacker is someone known to him. Following the incident the Ladyville resident visited the local police station where he made a report. Here is Senior Superintendent Hilberto Romero with more details on the incident.

“On Friday, December 13th, around 11:30 a.m., Mark Faber visited the Ladyville police station and he had a gunshot injury to the leg. He reported that while he was walking on Compassion Lane in Ladyville, he was approached by a male person who fired shots at him and he received that injury to his leg. An investigation is ongoing at this time into this matter.”

“Sir, we know that Compassion Lane and Marage Road area seems to be a location that has a certain level of heat, a certain level of disputes happening in that location. Is the shooting of the gentleman connected to any of those past crimes happening there?”

“We do not know if it is connected to any past crimes. That is all the information that was provided and we hope to get a statement later on to determine if he names who shot him and then the investigation will go from there.”
