Densmore Bowman was Chopped to Death

A post mortem examination conducted on the remains of thirty-four year old Densmore Bowman show he died a horrible death; he was hacked to death. The death certificate states that the Belmopan resident died as result of traumatic shock due to multiple chop wounds to the head, neck and limbs. His body was discovered on Monday morning in some bushes between miles twenty four and twenty five on the George Price Highway. His family had been combing that area and on Monday, they discovered some items belonging to him and then his body in a shallow grave.  His remains were identified by his sister. Bowman was last seen on November twenty-ninth in Roaring Creek. He was in the company of some friends and turned up dead more than two weeks after. Among his last movements, he had gone to collect a small amount of money at Western Union.  The Bowman family suspects the so-called friends have to do with the murder and they are requesting that the authorities lay charges on those individuals.
