A Home Invasion in Orange Walk
A man broke into the home of a business woman in wee hours of Wednesday night, burgled and attacked her. We understand that the businesswoman, who lives above her business establishment, was attacked sometime around four o’clock. The intruder took several hundred dollars and cellular phones belonging to the business woman. But not satisfied with that loot, he reportedly raped the woman. He also tied and hit her several times. It was until she was able to free herself that she managed to seek help. We are told that the assailant threatened the woman who is now reluctant to seek court action.
