Murder suspect’s brother threatens victim’s mother

Moving to the courts, his brother was charged with the Murder of Aaron Brooks last week and today twenty-three year old Everal Gray was in court for threatening to kill Brook’s mother, Carolyn Leslie. Gray pleaded not guilty and is out on bail of two thousand five hundred dollars on the condition that he does not interfere with Leslie or any other witness. His case was adjourned until May twenty-first. Leslie reported that last Tuesday, Gray went to her home on North Creek Road and told her that she now has to bury her son and if she thinks his brother will be charged for Brook’s death, she is mistaken. Gray also allegedly told Leslie that she’s next and then he left.
