Another Acting Principal for Julian Cho Technical

Julian Cho Technical High School in Toledo District is still without a principal, several weeks after the interim period during which Doctor Kent Arzu acted in that capacity.  Following a series of meetings, the school’s board of directors is still unable to come up with an appointment, despite Arzu’s eligibility.  At a meeting last evening, Winston Duke Lopez was asked by the board to hold over as principal on a temporary basis.  We understand that Lopez’s qualifications are below those of Arzu and Doctor Simeon Coc.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.  It has also been noted that Lopez has been absent from school for the better part of this academic calendar reportedly due to illness.
