Clear the Land Crashes on George Price Highway
Earlier this afternoon, Belize Rural North Area Representative Edmond ‘Clear the Land’ Castro got into a road traffic accident along the George Price Highway. News Five understands that the Minister of National Emergency Management was traveling inside a pickup truck when it collided with a sports utility vehicle near mile four. The front of the vehicle received extensive damages, while the pickup ran off the shoulder of the road. It is not clear whether the driver of the other vehicle sustained any injuries; we understand nonetheless that Castro was uninjured.
