Man Accused of Raping a 12 Year-Old is Denied Bail
A Belize City man charged with Unlawful Sexual Intercourse and Incest upon a relative was denied bail today when he appeared before Justice Marilyn Williams to seek his freedom before the trial. But Justice Williams denied Leroy Robateau his request. The incident for which he is charged allegedly happened in April of 2019. It is alleged that Robateau committed the offence on two separate occasions upon the little girl.
