Anthony Parks Succumbs; Will Shane Bennett be Charged for Murder?

Anthony Parks has died as a result of gunshot injuries he sustained on January twenty-second. As we reported last month, Parks was shot multiple times and police had arrested and charged Shane Bennett, who is presently at the prison on an attempted murder charge. Police say that since Parks has succumbed, the file will be sent to the D.P.P. to determine if the charge will be upgraded to murder.
