P.U.P. Chairman Comments on Ralph Fonseca’s Connection to Lev Dermen
Ralph Fonseca’s name was also called by Jacob Kingston in the U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now Fonseca has not in government for years. According to Kingston, Fonseca assisted him and Lev Dermen in receiving a license for Lions Gaming, an online and physical casino in Belize. Kingston testified that a warehouse under the name of Fonseca was bought for more than seven hundred thousand dollars. Chairman of the P.U.P. Henry Charles Usher says that Ralph Fonseca no longer forms part of the People’s United Party executive.
Henry Charles Usher, Chairman, P.U.P.
“Ralph Fonseca resigned from politics many years ago. He is a private citizen. He is a businessman. If he has anything to do with the person in question he can resolve those issues on his own. That has nothing to do with the P.U.P. Ralph Fonseca is not on any ballot but I believe John Saldivar is on the ballot and he is the one who has to answer that.”
