RTA on Placencia Road Kills One

There was a fatal traffic accident on the Placencia Road that has left one man dead. Police say that on Tuesday, forty-one-year-old Roberto Cordova lost his life when his motorcycle and car collided. At this time investigators are trying to determine what caused the accident. Here’s more from Senior Superintendent Hilberto Romero.

“Placencia Police responded to a traffic accident between miles twenty-one and twenty-two on the Placencia Road. Upon their arrival, they observed a Ford Fusion car on the right hand side of the road and a black motorcycle was seen partially under the car. Investigation revealed that the vehicle and motorcycle were travelling in opposite directions when they collided at some point on the road. As a result, the driver of the motorcycle succumbed to his injuries. He was identified as forty-one-year-old Roberto Cordova.”
