Belize City man killed in cycle accident
A Belize City man lost his life in a motorcycle accident shortly after 10 this morning. Jason Hemsley, nineteen, an employee of Texaco Belize Ltd. lost control of a Honda 90 cc motorcycle he was riding on Newtown Barracks and slammed into the M.C.C. Grounds fence. The impact threw him off the cycle and as a result he suffered severe head and body injuries. Hemsley, of Faber’s Road, died at the KHMH around 2:35 this afternoon.
