Students march against drug abuse
Today was “Red Ribbon Day” at Wesley College. The entire staff and student body attended a church service at Wesley Methodist on Albert Street, followed by a parade through the city. The students all wore a red ribbon as a symbol of solidarity in the fight against drug abuse. “Red Ribbon Day” forms part of the activities for Red Ribbon Week being celebrated under the theme: “We are the future, let’s make it drug-free.”
