17-year old arrested for rape
A seventeen year old has been charged with unlawful carnal knowledge and rape. According to a police press release, a twelve-year-old female accompanied by a human development officer, visited the Orange Walk police station on Friday and reported that she has been having sexual relations with Wilbert Cuellar. Cuellar, a labourer of San Jose Village, was arrested and charged after a medical officer certified that the child has been sexually active.
