“This is an opportunity to hear the band perform live whatever favourite songs you have on the CD. We also have people coming in from all over the country like Independence, Cayo, Dangriga, Belmopan, and Cotton Tree. They are not only coming to see the Heavenlies perform, but also we have a variety of people who will be taking part in the concert. We have the Malakai Dancers, New Nation Dance Group, we have New Commandments and also the Hosanna, which is a Spanish band. So we will also minister in English and Spanish. So it’s for everyone in the society to come out and receive the blessing God has in store for you.”
“For the younger folks we have rap, we have songs like “Heavenlies for Life.” and “Redemption Song.” For those who like soca, we have “I will meet you in gory” and “Jump and praise.” For the die-hard reggae fans we have “Man and woman.” For children, “Enough is enough.” There’s lots of music tailor cut for every person whatever your likings are.”
Tickets for the concert are on sale at Venus Photos and Records, Stone and Baron and Save-U at six dollars for adults, five for high school students with I.D. and three dollars for children under twelve years.
