Blaine Caliz – “Sorry for What?”
Earlier this week, Commissioner of Police Chester Williams demanded an apology from Caliz for his behaviour during the incident and said that if an apology was not forthcoming, charges would be brought against the emergency medical technician. Caliz says that he does not know what he would be apologizing for since he was only carrying out the mandate of his job.

“I do not know which law I broke and if the commissioner is demanding an apology from me, he needs to let me know what I need to apologize for because I, as an ambulance driver, I am here to save lives. That is my job and I believe that I was carrying out my job to the best of my ability.”
