Driver in fatal crash charged
In an update on another story we reported yesterday, 38-year old Armando Moh has been arrested in connection with a traffic accident that killed his sister and daughter. He has been charged with two counts of manslaughter by negligence and causing death by careless conduct, three counts of negligent grievous harm and driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit. Moh’s vehicle ran into the back of a bus Sunday night near Carmelita Village.
