Police Officers Arrest B.D.F. Soldier

A Belize Defense Force soldier found himself on the wrong side of the law this morning. He was placed under arrest by police officers on a West Line bus that was traveling on the George Price Highway.  The incident was caught on camera by one of the commuters. The thirty-second video shows S.P.U. officers pushing the young soldier into the bus and forcing his hands behind his back.  The soldier was reportedly placed under arrest after he got into a physical altercation on the bus with another male passenger. The soldier is expected to be charged with common assault. The matter is under investigation by the B.D.F.
