Lynden Parham – Granted Bail on Gang-Related Activity charge
A man who was charged last month along with two underage brothers for gang-related activity is out on bail tonight after attorney, Oscar Selgado convinced Supreme Court Justice, Herbert Lord that the charge against his client was not grave enough to deprive him of his right to freedom while he awaits trial. Justice Lord agreed and granted twenty-year-old Lynden Parham bail of five thousand dollars. In April, Police charged Parham with Using a Video Recording to Promote a Gang-related Activity. Police alleged that Parham, and others, used a video recording to send a message via social media to someone in response to a previous message that was sent to them.
