No results yet as police look for Cayo killers
There are few developments to report in the death of British national David Butner. On Saturday Butner, proprietor of El Cenote bar and restaurant in San Ignacio, was found lying in his bed, dead of multiple stab wounds. Police have questioned a number of people close to Butner and while they have declined to identify a suspect, police are believed to be close to a break in the case.
