Alleged Tomza Robbers appear in court
Two men were arraigned today for the brazen Wednesday evening robbery of Gaz Tomza on the George Price Highway. It is alleged that Robert Spain and Clive Hendricks, armed with a weapon, entered the business office sometime around four o’clock on Wednesday evening and relieved Jim Catzim, an employee of Gas Tomza of three cell phones and cash belonging to the company. The duo was denied bail and were ordered to return to Court on August seventeenth. Police reportedly apprehended the thieves as they were fleeing near the Lord Ridge Cemetery.
