Political reform to be discussed at forum
“Participate, or stop rail up” is what the government and SPEAR have been telling the public regarding the political reform forum being held tonight at the Holy Redeemer Parish Hall. Today News Five spoke to Ward Grant, public information and education coordinator at SPEAR, about what to expect.
Ward Grant, Public Info. and Education Coordinator, SPEAR
“Tonight’s Political reform forum is an opportunity for the public to get direct answers from the attorney general, the government and from the two members of the Political Reform Commission, Godwin Hulse and Dylan Vernon, Vernon being the former chairman of the commission. To get their questions asked directly, answered directly and to give their own opinion to what they think of the one hundred and three recommendations, government’s actions thus far, and just in general where they think we ought to be going.”
The forum will be broadcasted live right here on Channel Five, starting at 7:30.
