Leary is to stay away from the witnesses, report to the Belmopan Police each week, must not leave the jurisdiction without permission from a Supreme Court Judge, is to avoid getting charged with an indictable offense while this case is still ongoing, and must report to the San Ignacio Magistrate’s Court on September thirteenth, 2020.
